Hi… My name is Faye Lund. I was born in Wyoming and have lived here most of my life. I am married, have one son, one cat and two dogs. I started on a wellness journey to see if I could improve the MS symptoms I was having. I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in May of 2004. For over 10 years I gave myself rebif shots three times a week. I also took various prescribed drugs for depression, brain fog, fatigue and insomnia. I kept thinking, “This is crazy. I have to take a pill to be more awake and at night, one to help me sleep”.  And they weren’t helping. I had no energy, had joint pain and felt crappy every day. So, I decided to do some research. The more research I found, the more I discovered that a healthy diet and lifestyle plays a big role in how you feel. By the grace of God, I discovered doTerra essential oils in October of 2014. And since I have been eating a healthier diet I rarely have joint inflammation any more. At the end of January 2015, I started a detox plan. I feel so much better now getting off the processed food, gluten and sugar! I am on my way to better gut health. I believe that I have had leaky gut (aka intestinal permeability) for a long time which was caused by eating processed food and junk food for so many years. One thing I have noticed, since I quit drinking diet soda my MS symptoms have all but gone! I also believe the aspartame in the diet soda I drank for years caused a lot of my symptoms. I am off all of my prescription drugs now and use only a few supplements and essential oils. This new lifestyle can be challenging at times, but then so is trying to get through the day when you feel like crap from eating unhealthy food! God has given us many blessings on this earth and we should use them as He intended!

On September 5th, 2015, I became a Certified Gluten Practitioner. In September of 2015 I took an online nutrition course and in May of 2016 I finished it to become a Certified Nutrition Coach.
